James Earl Jones

Leeftijd: 93 jaar

Geboren op 17 januari 1931 in Arkabutla, Mississippi. Hij was de eerste Afro-Amerikaanse acteur die de rol van Amerikaanse president speelde, in "The Man" (1972). Zijn karakteristieke stemgeluid is het meest bekend uit de Star Wars-trilogie, waarin hij de stem van Darth Vader vertolkte. Hij kreeg een Oscarnominatie voor zijn hoofdrol in "The Great White Hope" (1970) en ontving in 2012 een ere-Oscar. Hij won ook een Golden Gobe en drie Emmy's.
