Betty White
Op 99 jarige leeftijd is Betty White in 2021 overleden.Ze was voornamelijk bekend van haar hoofdrol in de televisieserie "The Golden Girls" (1985-1992), waarin ze Rose Nylund speelde. De andere hoofdrollen werden vervuld door Bea Arthur (Dorothy Petrillo Zbornak), Rue McClanahan (Blanche Devereaux) en Estelle Getty (Sophia Petrillo). Ze werd 17 keer genomineerd voor een Emmy en won deze vijfmaal, in 1975, 1976, 1986, 1996 en 2010. Ze kreeg ook vier Golden Globe-nominaties en sinds 8 februari 1960 heeft ze een ster op de Hollywood Walk of Fame, op 6747 Hollywood Blvd.
