Geniaal!! Deze film stond al een tijd op mijn verlanglijstje en ik ben blij dat ik hem nu eindelijk gezien heb.

Dit deuntje zit nu al tijden in m'n hoofd



Film die blijft boeien. Billy wilder, een van mijn favoriete regisseurs heeft zoveel mooie films gemaakt. Prachtig acteerwerk, schitterend verfilmd.

Ik dacht altijd dat dit een instrumentaal stuk was, zoals het te horen is in onder andere Dr. Strangelove en Die Hard with a Vengeance, maar het is blijkbaar oorspronkelijk een drinklied waarvan in de Amerikaanse Burgeroorlog een oorlogslied is gemaakt.
